Envelopes and printed back pattern are included in pricing. Add-ons are available for additional fees. Envelope liners can be purchased preassembled or loose. If you select "no" for "Liner preassembled?" you are responsible for gluing the envelope liners into the envelopes. Total will be calculated at checkout.

There are two options for envelope liners for this card. If ordering liners, please specify "holly liner" or "striped liner" in the personalization box after you enter your information.
